Oman - 50 MW Wind Power Plant in Dhofar
Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company - Masdar is developing a 50 MW Wind Power Plant in Dhofar Governorate in the Saltant of Oman. The project consists of 13 turbines of the state-of-art GE wind technology, 2 substations and 13km OHL. The Project design, supply, construction and commissioning was awarded to an IPC consortium. The main stakeholders of this wind farm are RAECO as the future operator, OETC as the owner of the electricity transmission line and one substation, and OPWP as the procurer of the generated electricity from this wind power plant.

Guinea - 60 kV Line Matoto - Kaloum and 110 kV Line from Matoto to Kaloum
The overall objective of the project consists of:
- Studying the feasibility of replacing the existing 60 kV line between Matoto and Kaloum with a 110 kV line
- Studying the feasibility of constructing a 110/20 kV primary substation at Sanoyah to feed the Kagbélen industrial zone and the distribution network of the Ansoumania zone
- An Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP)
- Establishing the technical specifications and elaborating the tender dossier for the con-struction of the 110/20 kV primary substation at Sanoyah.

Viet Nam - Solar PV plant Phuoc Thai 2 and 3 - Gap closing in the preparation phase
The project concept design prepared by the Project Executing Agency EVN provides for 200 MWp of solar generation in three phases. The Government of Vietnam has requested financing support from German Financial Cooperation via KfW.
Phase 1 provides for 50 MWp, including DC to 22 kV AC invertors, a control building, access roads and a new 2 x 125 MVA 220/22 step-up substation to interconnect with EVN´s existing 220 kV double circuit transmission line.
The subsequent Phases 2 (100 MWp) and 3 (50 MWp) under KfW funding will add an additional 150 MWp of solar generation in the selected areas.
