Ukraine - 750 kV Zaporizhzhia - Kahovska Transmission Line
The present project is part of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine to 2030 and is aimed at improving the regional power system efficiency, stability and reliability on the Crimean peninsula. It consists of the construction of a 750 kV OHL from Zaporizhzhia Substation to the new Kakhovska Substation and related 330 kV connections, as follows:
- Construction of a 190 km of 750 kV transmission line between Zaporizhzhia NPP and Kakhovska Substation with fibre optic and maintenance workshop
- Construction of a new 750/330/220 kV Substation at Kakhovska, with two 1000 MVA automatic transformers and automatic control system
- Constructing the diversion of the existing 330 kV Novokakhovska - Ostrovska line (2 x 27 km), incl. rehabilitation of the 330 kV Ostrovska Substation, replacement of relay protection and automatics, communication devices, the construction of a control unit at Novokakhovska Substation and the installation of the fibre-optic system Novokakhovska - Kakhovska
- Constructing the diversion of the existing 330 kV Novokakhovska - Kherson line (2 x 15 km), incl. rehabilitation of the 330 kV Khersonska Substation, and the installation of the fibre-optic system from Kakhovska - Khersonska

Uganda - Independent Lenders' Advisor for a 10 MW PV Solar Project in Soroti District
The Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO) invests into a 10 MW PV solar power project to be developed, owned and operated by the company Access Uganda Solar Limited. FMO contracted the services of a consultant to carry out lenders' technical, environmental and social due diligence of the project, construction supervision and monitoring of operational performance.

The following Environmental and Social related services were provided in the framework of the project for a 10 MW PV Solar Project in Soroti District:
A. Due Diligence Phase
- Review of the project's environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) process and report
- Preparation of a E&S Due diligence, including the review and assessment of corporate ESMS in relation to project construction and operation
- Summary of recommendations and proposed actions in a draft environmental and social action plan (ESAP)
B. Construction and Commissioning Phase
- Design review and approval, considering specific environment, social, health and safety requirements
- Verifying compliance with ESMMP

Mali - PASE - Extension of EDM's Transmission and Distribution Networks
The project was part of the ‘PASE’ (Project for the Support to the Energy Sector) for which the World Bank granted a loan to the Government of Mali. The project in general aimed at improving access to electricity, as well as efficiency in the supply and utilisation of electrical energy. The project’s technical measures included the following components:
- Extension of the MV/LV networks in Bamako and Kati
- Construction of the 30 kV Kati Substation
- Reinforcement and extension of the MV/LV networks in Kayes, Sikasso, Koutiala, and Ségou
- Rehabilitation of the 150 kV lines Bamako – Fana, Fana – Ségou, and restructuring of Fana substation connection from T-off to line-in/line-out arrangement
- Extension of the Kalabancoro Substation (transformer 60 MVA, 150/30 kV) and renewal of the 30/15 kV Sotuba Substation
- Extension of the 15 kV SOGEM Substation in Kodialani and installation of 15 kV outgoing feeders
- Installation of the second circuit on the 150 kV Kodialani - Sirakoro line

The project includes the construction of some 1,200 km MV lines (15, 20 and 33 kV) with Almelec cables of various cross-sections as per the respective locations as well as the construction of about 300 km LV lines. The Consultant's services shall contribute to achieving the project's main objectives, i.e.
- the completion of the tender dossiers through additional studies,
- the selection of contractors,
- the review of plans and documents, final design and the supervision of works on site,
- monitoring of costs and of the adherence to the project planning,
- the establishment of professional and adequate work standards.
