Civil: Detailed architectural designs and detailed structural calculations/designs for pre-cast and cast-in-situ substation buildings including liaison with local municipalities/utilities/authorities for relevant approvals covering building permits, etc. Services also include foundation designs for overhead line transmission towers and wooden poles
Building Information Modelling (BIM)/REVIT designs for utilities and building infrastructure
Electrical: Master planning, feasibility studies, FEED, network planning and power system studies (load flow study, short circuit analysis, motor starting study, harmonic studies, transient stability study, insulation coordination study, etc.), detailed electrical designs for substation projects and underground cabling/OHL projects up to 400 kV
Construction management support including design reviews, construction site supervision, witnessing of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and commissioning for substation projects and underground cabling/OHL projects up to 400 kV.
Mechanical: Conceptual designs and detailed designs for Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC)
Conceptual designs for firefighting systems. Services also include liaison with local municipalities/Civil Defence for obtaining Civil Defence approvals.
Overhead Lines: FEED covering data collection, site surveys, development of route maps, scope of works, bill of quantities, design drawings, and cost estimates for lattice steel as well as wooden pole overhead lines. Services also cover complete detailed design of lattice steel structures & overhead lines with detailed route maps, tower spotting and plan & profile.
Utility Infrastructure: Master plan review, sustainability checks to promote energy efficiency and reduction of water consumption, as well as addressing other sustainability KPIs. Design of potable water, sewerage, stormwater, firefighting, irrigation, power, district cooling, Telecom and Non-Telecom (Security, Traffic System etc.) infrastructure.
Renewable Energy: We assess all major renewable energy resources such as solar radiation, wind regimes, biomass & waste streams, hydro and geothermal resources, and all relevant corresponding energy conversion technologies and providing engineering consultancy. Energy conversion technologies are wind energy, photovoltaic, Concentrated Solar Power (CSP), biomass, small hydropower, hybrid systems, and energy storage. Demand Side Management and digitalisation technologies facilitate the integration of variable distributed generation in the grid.
